New York de jure Assembly is the fourth arm of the government with the authority to monitor New York's public servants to ensure that they act on behalf
of the People, remain compliant to the Constitution and their Oaths.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to achieve full compliance of our public servants at every level of government; from our local Board of Education members, traffic court justices, sheriffs, council members, to the Governor statewide. We wish to return our state to its people and the original “Law of the Land”.
What is a de jure Assembly/Committee of Safety
de jure assemblies & Committees of Safety existed before, during, and after the Revolutionary War (1774-1783) when the people rebelled against colonialism & taxation without representation. Rising pressure between inhabitants of Great Britain’s thirteen North American territories and the ruling British crown is what led to the Revolution. Much like today, the people were fighting for their freedom & power no longer wanting to be governed by tyranny.
Tyranny Defined: anytime the government steps outside the scope of their authority.
Our government’s limited authority is found within the Constitution and the Bill of Rights (the first 10 amendments).
WE ARE NOT
An anti-government/anti-establishment, nor a sovereign citizen movement. We are not trying to overthrow the existing government; it’s our intent to restore the original Constitutional Republic.
