Any man and/or woman that has a sworn/affirmed Oath to the United State Constitution, is appointed to work for the government and members of the BAR, are not eligible to join the de jure assembly.
Step 3:
Hold the first county or state meeting. Prioritize the concerns you want to address and plan how to remedy them. This will introduce people to the concept of redressing their grievances. Keep records of what is being discussed at every meeting.
Step 4:
After the initial meeting, begin to lawfully assemble using Bill of Rights Article 1. Days and times must be chosen for the weekly open meeting going forward.
Step 5:
Temporary officers must be elected so the Assembly can write the rules/procedures, and decide on how official business will be conducted. Procedures should be put in place to provide guidance for permanent officers elected, and to protect the anonymity and personal safety of each assembly member. This will also guard against infiltration. These rules / procedures must be voted on and passed by members of the de jure assembly.

can give public notice to make the county/state aware of its existence. An
announcement can be made as a publication in a county or state wide newspaper, a
post office or county court house. Publication must run for three (3) consecutive
weeks followed by twenty-one (21) days for rebuttal. Certification of publication
must be obtained when using a newspaper and an image with a date and time
stamp is needed for publication in a post office or county court house.
Step 7:
The Assembly should provide education for all current and future members. This
education should include historical documents, current affairs and information
about de jure assemblies, natural law, and Common Law Grand Juries.
Step 8:
The de jure Assembly may begin gathering evidence, such as official statements,
FOIA/ FOIL requests and affidavits. These would all be considered sufficient
forms of evidence.
Step 9:
There are several lawful methods available to hold an elected official, public servant,
man and/or woman who takes an Oath of Office, accountable for the infringe-
ment on the rights of the People. The de jure Assembly uses due process of law,
frequently utilizing notices supported by the collected evidence and/or the People’s
Common Law Grand Jury.
Step 10:
The People’s Common Law Grand Jury can be called from a lawfully formed de
jure Assembly where there is a claim of harm or injury. (The Magna Carta of
1215, Chapter 61) A Grand Jury shall start with twenty-five (25) or more members
when convened but can function with a minimum of thirteen (13), a petite Grand
Jury. Select the Grand Jury members and be sure to keep them confidential.
