About Us
New York de jure Assembly is the fourth arm of the government with the authority to monitor New York’s public servants to ensure they act on behalf of the People, remain compliant to the Constitutions and their “Oaths”.
Our mission is to achieve full compliance of our public servants at every level of government; from our local Board of Education members, traffic court justices, sheriffs, council members, to the Governor statewide. We wish to return our state to its people and the original “Law of the Land”.
The work of New York de jure Assembly is the lawful redress of grievances, properly and lawfully holding officials to their sworn Oath of Office. As the voice of the men and women of New York state, New York de jure Assembly stands alone.
New York de jure Assembly is reseating what has always existed, that is the power of the People and its Common Law Grand Jury.
